1. What this site is

This website describes who we are and what we do. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or professional advice. Work we carry out for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

2. Using the site

You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own information or to evaluate working with us. You may not:

3. Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, logos and code of this site are owned by Xerxes Limited or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. The Xerxes name and logo are our trade marks. Product and company names belonging to others are used for identification only, and we claim no rights in them.

4. Accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date. Figures, timelines and platform lists are indicative and may change. Verify anything you intend to rely on with us directly before acting on it.

5. Availability

We do not guarantee the site will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, including for maintenance, without notice.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this website. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

These limits apply to the website. Liability for work we carry out under a client agreement is dealt with in that agreement.

8. Your data

How we handle personal data you give us through this site is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
